The Office of the Director General serves as the executive leadership office of the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA). It provides strategic leadership, policy direction, institutional oversight, and administrative coordination to ensure the successful implementation of the Institute's mandate.

Supporting the Director General is a dedicated team of highly qualified technical and administrative professionals who work collaboratively to promote efficiency, accountability, innovation, and quality public service delivery.
